I recognise many business owners have brilliant ideas and sometimes need support bringing those ideas to life in an efficient and strategic way. One to one strategic business planning allows a business owner to work on the business and properly consider the bigger picture rather than in the business. A one to one session is time away from deadlines, checking emails and answering non-important calls. It is focused time to constructively think about the steps you need to take to achieve your business goals.

I charge £120 for a two hour one to one session. I aim to avoid the cost of venue hire so sessions are held at my place in Hackney, a few minutes from Clapton Station. I’m happy to hold sessions at your place, but please note these bookings are subject to travel time costs. And of course there is always Skype.

Bespoke business growth and media consultancy.

If you need support delivering a project or exploring a growth opportunity for your business or not for profit I can help. My day rate is £250 per day; alternatively I can agree a whole project price and work within your budget.

Typically in a bespoke project we’ll consider where you are now, where you want to get to and develop a realistic plan to get you there. I’ll draft a project report and timeline for you to use on a daily basis and consider any risks you face in achieving your business ambition.

For strategic media consultancy work I charge £250 per day, two days are usually needed develop and present a media strategy for a micro or small business. I don’t ask for retainers but I do ask for invoices to be paid in full before I present the final plan. In developing your media plan I will work with you to understand you and your business or service, who you want to communicate to and why. We’ll brainstorm some ideas with to check your comfort zone and then I’ll brainstorm some ideas with trusted advisers to come up with some new creative ideas. Then I’ll write everything up and present you with a full communications plan complete with objectives, target audiences, key messages for on and off line communications channels, including social media and success measures, all for you to deliver in house. If needed I can recommend some brilliant PR practitioners to work with you to deliver your strategic communications plan.
